Pomegranates are sweet and sour and go great with a grilled meat such as a flank steak. Serve the seeds as a small side dish or in a soft taco or pita bread with the meat. But how to get to those seeds always seems to be such a messy chore. And yes, I've seen videos of people whacking them with wooden spoons, but that also seems a bit messy to me. So here's one of the best solutions I found. The other one is to go to Trader Joes and to buy a plastic container with the seeds already in them for $4.99. But what's the fun in that.
