Bakar Meats Mojave Heat has a delicious smokey taste and aroma, with sweet brown sugar and a subtle kick of spices to heat things up.

This spice rub is very versatile and can be used for cuts of meat either on the grill or in the oven, and it's also excellent for, chicken, fish and even veggies and fruit.

For the best flavor, generously coat any cut of meat or poultry an hour or longer before grilling.
